Get the ksepi2 sequence (e.g. sub-minute 3D SWI-EPI & 3D T1w EPI)
RPM install, no compilation needed. Mainly aimed for clinical end-users
Currently for ESE releases 26.0 to 30.1
The most useful applications of ksepi2 are 3D SWI-EPI and 3D T1w-EPI since there are no vendor options for those techniques. Also, 2D snapshot SWI is a ksepi2 application that is bleeding sensitive and motion robust
The sequence (executable) can be installed as an RPM after filling in the ksepi2 request form
Note that you also need to have a valid Research Key (Research Mode Limited License) and a Software Sharing Agreement (Research Community Sharing License) with GE Healthcare
Get the NeuroMix sequence
RPM install, no compilation needed. Mainly aimed for clinical end-users
Currently for ESE releases 26.0 to 30.1
NeuroMix is the successor of EPIMix. Unlike EPIMix, NeuroMix has distortion-free T2w and T2-FLAIR contrasts as well as two 3D volumes (SWI and T1w contrasts)
The sequence (executable) can be installed as an RPM after filling in the NeuroMix request form
Note that you also need to have a valid Research Key (Research Mode Limited License) and a Software Sharing Agreement (Research Community Sharing License) with GE Healthcare
